Our small but exciting company is known for their top quality products, moving story of me and my childhood and beautiful results.
That’s all great but we are still pretty unknown by the majority of the American population…..
Thinking that the press is waiting for you and will call to get you on TV, radio or magazines is totally besides how it works. Don’t forget that in this case, as in many more, it’s not so much about what you know but definitely more about WHO you know.
Even if you have a huge advertisement budget, which we don’t have, you aren’t guaranteed any return of investment.
So we came up with a plan to get more (free) exposure and this is how we did it.
We’ve started small. This is a blessing because we weren’t that good probably in the beginning. We needed time to practice and it worked out pretty well.
After having our story out in several local publications we felt that we were ready for a national public and ALLPRO corporation was interested in publishing one of our articles in their monthly Scouting report which goes to over 1,400 member stores worldwide. This article brought us a lot of exposure and boosted our confidence that we were on the right track.
Now we are at the level that we can have our story published in industry leading magazines like the Paint Dealer and have me on the cover of them. Click on the link for the entire story!
Our next goal is to get exposure on TV, without paying a huge amount.
I’m very excited to share with you that we are making a video, requested by a leading DYI channel, and hopefuly this will get us a TV show in the nearby future.
